As a native of Southern California, I have had the experience and appreciation of intrinsic natural beauty in my environment since childhood. This has drawn me into a visual world of imagination with a collection of passionate Graphic Works and Photographic Works of Art. Created and Captured to immerse viewers in beauty and the diversity of our planet.

I am a graduate of San Diego City College with an Associates in Graphic Design and studied Street and Documentary Photography at Grossmont College. I have exhibited work at The San Diego Art Institute and at various galleries in Southern California.

During my early twenties while finishing at Creighton University School of Pharmacy, I was faced with the challenging onset of a Paranoid Thought Disorder.

Now in my mid fifties, I have the grateful fortune of ideal health, which I have diligently worked to gravitate towards through the support of Alternative Eastern Therapies such as Meditation, Acupuncture and Yoga, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & the newest of Western Medication.

I am influenced by artists such as Alexander Calder, Joan Miro’ and Keith Haring. While photographing, my goal is to leave Photographs unchanged once taken, welcoming minute imperfections, as they can serve to give each piece unique character. Sometimes filters may be added in Adobe Photoshop, but it is done so with gentle care.

I weave stories with my work and love to place two Photographs together to add concepts and ideas to the narrative.

I am also inspired by many artists such as:

  • Diane Arbus
  • Michael Eastman
  • Steve McCurry.

The Power of Art is Universal!
